Founded in 1994, PhoneBase Research, Inc. has conducted literally
millions of telephone interviews involving research into virtually every
U.S. industry. We have experience conducting business-to-business
interviews with executives and employees of small and large companies,
as well as members of the medical and legal communities. Our residential
interviewing has spanned a wide range of topics and methods including
ATU's, customer and patient satisfaction, on-going tracking studies,
segmentation studies, customer profiling, political benchmarks, tracking
and brushfire studies. We are also capable of meeting your recruiting
and bilingual interviewing needs. PhoneBase Research, Inc. has successfully
completed data collection for thousands of research projects.
Over the last few years, many of our clients and industry colleagues
have witnessed the efficiency and overall effectiveness of utilizing multi-mode
interviewing. The prevalence of the Internet, cell phones, smart phones and
PDA's with regard to respondent accessibility, has forced an expansion of

Chauncy Bjork - General Manager
Chauncy came to PhoneBase Research, Inc. in March of 1995. In the time since, he has held a variety of positions, from Interviewer to Call Center Manager. Chauncy has been integral in the start-up and development of several different call centers. He has conceptualized, executed, and refined many of the systems and procedures being used at PhoneBase Research, Inc. today. He has a BA in Economics from Colorado State University. Chauncy is highly dedicated to ensuring quality, timeliness and accuracy in data collection.

Gretchen Schiager - Director of Client Services
Gretchen has been with PhoneBase Research, Inc. since 1996, and has been the Director of Client Services since 1997. Gretchen works closely with her team of Client Services Representatives, successfully overseeing bidding and project management. In addition, she manages the scheduling of projects across our three Call Centers. Gretchen received her degree from Colorado State University, and spent six years working in the software industry prior to joining PhoneBase Research, Inc. Gretchen has a strong commitment to ensuring our clients have a positive experience with every study fielded at PBR.

Becca Polka - Director of Business Development
Becca was hired onto PhoneBase Research, Inc.'s Client Services Department in 2005. She graduated from the University of Wisconsin Eau Claire with a degree in Business and Marketing. Becca worked for two years as one of our Client Service Representatives where she was recognized for her commitment to excellence in customer service. As Director of the newly reinvented Business Development Department, she focuses on creating growth by increasing the customer base for our company.

Chris Sohns - Director of Information Services
Joining PhoneBase Research, Inc. in 2001, Chris holds the reigns to the IT and CATI departments. Chris brought with him many years experience in computer systems management, network administration, and web application development. He was instrumental the design and implementation of the data and telephony network of PhoneBase Research, Inc.'s premiere call center in Twin Falls, ID.

Richard McCaffery - Director of Call Center Operations
Richard is the newest member of the Senior Management Team joining PhoneBase Research, Inc. in 2008. Richard brings over 8 years of market research data collection operational and client service experience. Richard's focus is to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness by developing the people and processes of PBR's data collection team. He hopes to build upon the exceptional reputation PBR has built through over a decade of delivering the highest quality data on time to its clients.

Sandra Muse - Accounting / Payroll
Sandy started working with PhoneBase Research, Inc. in May of 2000. She holds a degree in Accounting, is an active member of the American Payroll Association, and brings over twenty years of accounting experience to the company. Sandy's extensive knowledge of business finance makes her truly invaluable to PBR.

Ryan Luciani - Senior Client Services Representative
Ryan has been with PhoneBase Research, Inc. since 1995. He began as an Interviewer while attending Colorado State University and spent several years as a Call Center Supervisor before moving into his current position in 2000. Having a keen eye for quality and detail, Ryan manages and schedules projects across all our Call Centers.

Anne Pearson - Client Service Representative
Anne Pearson was hired in our Client Services Department in May of 2007. Although a newer member of our team, Anne brings fifteen years of customer service based experience in business administration and project coordination. Anne has settled well into her position as a Client Services Representative and continues to forge strong client relationships through her project management.
