Data Collection Training
Our quality begins with a highly selective hiring process and continues
through our orientation, testing, and on-going training program. Initially,
our Interviewers learn the fundamentals of market research in a classroom
environment. Following in-depth discussions, each prospective Interviewer
must take a comprehensive exam covering key research terms and techniques.
Those who qualify begin a three-week on-the-job orientation period.
During this period, Interviewers participate in our certification process,
ensuring each is aware of and practices sound interviewing techniques.
Participation in daily shift briefings, including a short refresher on
the 'topic of the day', ensures continuity and quality. Interviewers who
surpass expectations often rise to the executive level of interviewing
used for our many B2B surveys.
Data Collection Supervision
PhoneBase Research maintains a strict minimum ratio of one
supervisor for every eight interviewers. Supervisors participate in
on-going classroom and on-the-job training and are hand-selected from
our interviewing ranks for their leadership, knowledge and attention
to detail. Constant monitoring, validation, and coaching are provided
during each interviewing shift to ensure the quality and integrity of
our data collection process.
CATI Programming
All questionnaire programming and sample management is completed by
our in-house programmers. Our detail-oriented technical team programs
to your precise specifications. After the initial programming is
completed, a demo version is available for your review. Once your
project is in the field, our technical team periodically reviews your
data to check data variations. Data can be delivered in a variety of
formats according to your preference.
