Computer Assisted Telephone Interviewing

Our data collection is completed using Computer Assisted Telephone Interviewing (CATI).  This technology is designed to reduce your costs while providing error free interviewing on even the most complex of questionnaires. Our phone centers are equipped with the latest version of the popular ACS Query and CfMC Survent interviewing software.

Predictive Dialing

PBR utilizes Stratasoft & Pro-TS predictive dialing software.    Predictive dialing increases contact rates by cleaning out disconnected and non-working numbers, no answers, answering machines, etc., delivering only live contacts to the interviewing stations. This allows agents to focus on making the most of each contact, thereby, increasing production and decreasing labor costs.

Online Reporting

Our commitment to service and quality includes transparency through clear communication.  Through online reporting we can better serve our clients through real time on/off track status updates.  PBR clients can review reports for the following project specified areas.

Call Recording

Part of our Total Quality Management philosophy is continually learning and improving.  Recording calls allows us to identify and address specific training and coaching issues.  It also serves as a retroactive record for validation and quality control as well as an alternative to client monitoring. Clients can monitor quality at their own convenience with custom sound files being sent by request.
