The news is accompanied with the announcement that Becca Polka has been promoted to the Director of Business Development. Formerly a Client Services Representative, Becca has shown superior customer service skills with our existing clients and we are confident it will carry over to new or prospective clients. Becca's experience and educational background, which includes a degree in Marketing from University of Wisconsin makes her a perfect fit for this new position.

Becca Poka says, "With the launch of the BD department we can grow PBR's customer base while still maintaining the exceptional service to which our clients have become accustomed to." Becca also stated PBR will be hiring an Account Executive to assist with prospecting and with transitioning new clients to the Client Service Team.
